Preparing the home
Cleaning after every stay and laundry with our local partners: quality matching sheets, beds made on arrival as an option. Inventory, equipment check, consumables and welcome hampers as you wish.
Guest arrival and departure, 7 days a week
A key box lets guests and tradespeople arrive at any hour. We arrange a time 3 to 4 days before arrival to agree the schedule, show guests round and share our tips on the area.
Listing creation and follow-up
Writing and optimising listings on several platforms, quality photos to stand out, and pricing adjusted to the period and demand to optimise your rental income.
Guest relations
Contact before the stay, digital welcome booklet in French and English, assistance from 9am to 8pm, catalogue of services, then collecting and answering reviews.
Owner relations
Regular reports, availability 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm, advice on decoration and layout, regular visits to check the property and its equipment.

Why use a concierge service in Roscoff?

How much does a concierge service cost?
Concierge services generally charge between 20 and 40% of rental income, excluding cleaning and laundry. At Marie Lou Conciergerie, the commission is 25% of turnover including tax, excluding cleaning and laundry costs.
Are concierge fees tax-deductible in France?
Under the French régime réel, concierge fees are deductible expenses. Under the micro-BIC regime, a flat-rate allowance applies instead. The rules change regularly: your accountant will tell you which regime best suits your situation.
Which properties do you accept?
