Your house in Roscoff
Petite Terre is an upside-down house: the living space is upstairs, and the horizon is with you from breakfast to the end of the evening. Set over three floors just above the marina, it is all softness and simplicity. The central island extends the kitchen, the lounge opens onto the terrace and the sea view, and the outdoor spa awaits you after a day at the beach. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a view, the two other bedrooms have private shower rooms, and a small cabin room sleeps a seventh guest. Traon Erc'h beach is 400 metres away, the GR34 runs past the house and Carantec golf course is fifteen minutes away.
